Eligibility for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must request a refund within **14 days** of your purchase date.
- You must not have completed more than **25%** of the course content. Course completion is tracked through our learning platform.
- You must have a valid reason for the refund request, such as the course not meeting the description or having technical issues that we are unable to resolve.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@kopysynk.com with the following information:
- Your full name and the email address used for purchase.
- The name of the course you wish to refund.
- The reason for your refund request.
Our team will review your request and get back to you within 3-5 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Please note that we cannot issue refunds under the following circumstances:
- The refund request is made more than 14 days after the purchase date.
- You have completed more than 25% of the course.
- You have been found to have violated our terms of service or engaged in any form of academic dishonesty.
